Anahita Sedaghatfar practices general civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Ms. Sedaghatfar’s principal areas of practice include employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, entertainment law, and litigation of business disputes.
Ms.
Sedaghatfar received her B.A. with highest honors in Political Science and Sociology with an emphasis on law in society from the University of California, Davis. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Southwestern University School of Law. At Southwestern, Ms. Sedaghatfar served as a member of the Southwestern Law Review and was appointed to the Law Review’s Executive Board as a Note and Comment Editor.
Ms. Sedaghatfar received several American Jurisprudence Awards for Academic Excellence, including awards for Professional Responsibility/Legal Ethics and Sports Law. Ms. Sedaghatfar also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Audrey B. Collins, United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Prior to starting her own law firm, Ms.
Sedaghatfar was an associate in the Los Angeles office of Musick, Peeler & Garrett, LLP where she practiced in the areas of products liability, business litigation and insurance coverage focusing on environmental litigation. Subsequently, Ms. Sedaghatfar established the Law Offices of Anahita Sedaghatfar and formed a partnership with famed O.J.
Simpson prosecutor Christopher Darden.
